This Privacy Policy explains how Baluwa Labs (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with GymKhata (the “App”), a gym and workout tracking app for mobile devices.
GymKhata is currently in development. This policy will be completed before the App is made available on Google Play.

Information you enter in the App
GymKhata is designed to let you record workout information, such as:
- exercises;
- sets and repetitions;
- weights;
- workout history and related gym information.
To be confirmed before release: list every category of information the App stores or processes, including whether any account, profile or contact information is collected.
Information collected automatically
To be confirmed before release: state whether the App, or any third-party service it uses, collects device information, app usage data, diagnostics or crash reports — and if so, exactly what is collected.
How Information Is Used
We use information in connection with the App to:
- provide the App’s core functionality, such as saving and displaying your workout records and history;
- respond to your questions and support requests;
- To be confirmed before release: any other purposes (for example, fixing crashes or improving the App).
To be confirmed before release: state whether any information is sold or shared with third parties, and for what purpose.
Data Storage
To be confirmed before release: describe where App data is stored — for example, only on your device, with a cloud storage or backup service, or both — and, where data leaves your device, which provider stores it and whether it is encrypted in transit.
Third-Party Services
GymKhata will be distributed through Google Play, which is operated by Google and subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
To be confirmed before release: list each third-party service or SDK used by the App (for example analytics, crash reporting, advertising, sign-in or cloud storage), what information it receives, and a link to its privacy policy. If none are used, say so.
Data Retention
To be confirmed before release: explain how long information is kept, what happens to it when the App is uninstalled, and how users can delete their data from within the App.

Children’s Privacy
GymKhata is not directed at children. To be confirmed before release: the App’s target age group as declared in Google Play Console.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled in connection with the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To be confirmed before release: describe the safeguards that apply, such as encryption in transit or at rest.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when the App’s features or data practices change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
